Our relationship with Sunbelt Rentals began when we were selected to help develop and manage their ground-up facility program. Since then, we have played a critical role in shaping their prototype design, which has been deployed across multiple locations. Unlike a one-size-fits-all model, each site is tailored to the unique needs of its location, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining brand consistency.
Sunbelt Rentals' stores serve a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from general tool rental locations—their most common store type—to highly specialized equipment rental centers. Whether adapting a standardized prototype or customizing a facility for a specific function, our team provides full-service architecture, civil engineering, and surveying to deliver solutions that are both functional and scalable.
Each location is carefully designed to align with Sunbelt’s operational needs, incorporating an equipment showroom, rental kiosks, an associate break area, ADA-compliant restrooms, and administrative offices. In addition to new builds, we also support Sunbelt’s remodel program, helping modernize existing locations to reflect their evolving brand standards. These renovations focus on enhancing customer-facing spaces, improving back-of-house efficiency, and optimizing equipment storage areas.
