Building the Ideal Health Experience
The use of urgent care facilities is rapidly increasing. Neighborhood health centers make it easier for consumers to access quality health care closer to where they live or work. CESO has partnered with MedExpress, a national leader in urgent care delivery, on their expansion plan aimed at providing consumers with a welcoming experience in their neighborhood.
To date, we have partnered on over 60 locations (both ground-up and remodels) with the average location size being 5,000 sf single-story facilities that house several medical offices and examination rooms. Among the services we have provided to support the program are due diligence, conceptual layout, survey services, civil engineering design, architectural design, entitlements and permitting coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration.
