Imagery is a picturesque LENNAR active adult community accented by incredible views of Mountain Island Lake. The original owner of the land was a famous artist who started and commissioned an art museum in Charlotte. In some ways, the design paid homage to him with a strong definition of lines for hardscape and landscape features to imitate art.
