Ewing Meadows
CESO partnered with DDCM Management to bring Ewing Meadows, a thoughtfully planned 180-lot subdivision in Marysville, Ohio, to life. This dynamic project exemplifies how innovative engineering can tackle challenges while enhancing community living.
The development involved designing critical infrastructure, including 5,660 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 3,050 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 6,800 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary main, and 1,720 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary main. Delivered in three construction phases, two phases are already complete. Each phase adhered to the stringent standards of the City of Marysville and the Ohio EPA, ensuring sustainability and compliance.
Located in the Big Darby Creek watershed, the project reflects a commitment to balancing development with environmental stewardship. Our team prepared thorough plans for streets, storm sewers, and utility improvements, overcoming unique challenges such as wetlands and a high-pressure petroleum pipeline. Ewing Meadows goes beyond infrastructure—it enriches the local community. Proximity to Marysville's historic uptown and 300 acres of parkland creates a vibrant, connected lifestyle for families. The subdivision’s design fosters a sense of neighborhood pride, with homes nestled among natural surroundings, providing a tranquil yet accessible retreat.
