CESO was pleased to partner with DHL on a converting a vacant 880,000-sf shell situated in Monroe, Ohio into a distribution facility. As part of the project scope, our architectural team created a variety of new spaces. Assistance spanned across an array of services – from due diligence and permitting to conceptual design and construction documentation.
Among the updated environments were hazardous materials rooms, offices, an aerosol cage, a guard shack, and a trucker’s lounge. Despite the implementation of a fast-track schedule, we worked diligently to stay ahead of the client’s schedule by relying heavily on our internal team’s collective strength in communication and project coordination.
