Project Description:

Construction of a 17.3 mile pipeline project located within Doddridge County, West Virginia.  All permitting requirements were provided for Construction Plans including Erosion & Sediment Control design.  A full Environmental Investigation was conducted for Stream & Wetland Delineation and reporting necessary to permit the project.  Scope of services included the following:

  1. Initial Route Walk and Mapping
  2. Final Route Re-Walk
  3. Erosion & Sediment Control Design
  4. Construction Plans
  5. Permitting approvals for regulating agencies
  6. Stream & Wetland Delineations and Environmental Investigation
    • Field Survey – Section 404 (Clean Water Act) Waters of the U.S. Delineation
    • Threatened and Endangered Species
    • Reporting:  Section 404 (Clean Water Act) Waters of the U.S. Delineation
  7. Environmental Permitting Approvals
    • NW-12 Permit
